Providing a Unit for a TV Production Company
It’s not very often Philspace get to be involved with a National Treasure, so it was a pleasure to be able to assist Spun Gold TV in providing a 32’ unit which was to be used as a Production Office for the filming of a new TV show starring Alan Titchmarsh!
The unit was delivered to a beautiful countryside location in Alresford but proved slightly tricky as it had to be ‘skated’ into its location which was inside a barn. These specialised ‘skates’ allow units to be moved around site with relative ease and simply fit into the corner fixings of a unit. Despite the wet conditions (and willow trees!), the job was safely completed and filming in a nearby barn could begin.
The ITV show Love Your Weekend features the legendary horticulturist, author and presenter celebrating amongst other things, the British countryside.
