We require a Multi-Skilled Maintenance & Cleaning Operative to join our progressively expanding company.
Main duties will consist of working as part of a team to clean, maintain and repair our fleet of temporary accommodation.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be a conscientious, reliable, and flexible ‘Team Player’.
- Possess the ability to prioritise your work schedule on a daily basis, ensuring tasks are completed within the timescale given.
- Must be able to follow instructions but also be able to use own initiative as and when required.
- Be willing to learn and be safety conscious.
- Provide your own hand tools. Power tools are supplied by the company.
Working Hours:
- Good work life balance hours: 7.30am till 4pm, Monday to Friday
- Basic 40 hours per week, paid weekly.
- Flexible overtime and occasional weekend work
- Additional hours available if requested.

Qualifications:
- Driving Licence Essential
- Formal qualifications are less important than general skills, experience and a willingness to receive instruction/training.
Experience:
- Would ideally suit an individual with a variety of skills from a general maintenance and repair background.
- Knowledge of mechanical and or electrical maintenance, metal work, carpentry, plumbing or airless paint spraying would be an advantage.
Salary:
- From £15.00 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
